- Architected an offline-first architecture using Hive for local persistence and flutter_secure_storage for sensitive data, with background synchronization and idempotent request queueing in low-connectivity mining environments.
- Engineered a dynamic, reusable form engine handling complex multi-layer validations, async multi-file/media uploads, and seamless local draft save/restore states.
- Developed and maintained the cross-platform SINERGI app using Flutter, BLoC, GetIt, and Clean Architecture for thousands of daily active users (DAU), integrating native push notifications (FCM/APNS) and device camera capabilities.
- Automated build and deployment pipelines using Fastlane to streamline production and staging releases to Firebase App Distribution, Google Play Store, and Apple App Store / TestFlight.
- Represented the company in on-site User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and annual system evaluation at coal mining sites in South Kalimantan, directly observing field worker operations to refine app usability and network resiliency.
- Monitored app stability, triaged client-side bugs, and optimized client-side performance to maintain high responsiveness and minimal crash rates across Android and iOS releases.

- Engineered mobile Inspirasien's core payment and booking systems, integrating Midtrans with payload-level idempotency and strict timeout handling to eliminate duplicate charges during network failures.
- Architected a shared internal package for UI components, state handlers, authentication logic, and scheduling logic, accelerating parallel development across separate Patient and Patient Advocate apps while ensuring UI consistency.
- Partnered with PM and UI/UX teams to translate complex healthcare requirements into smooth, end-to-end user workflows.

- Engineered 1-on-1 and Group Chat features using Matrix REST API, implementing an in-app offline queue to auto-deliver pending messages upon connection recovery.
- Built rich messaging capabilities including message selection, multi-chat forwarding, dynamic presence (online/last seen), typing indicators, read receipts, and support for voice notes, images, videos, documents, and emojis.
- Built a custom push notification gateway using Node.js and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to trigger background message alerts.
- Integrated real-time AI Chatbot services over WebSockets, later migrating the client-side integration to Google Gemini REST API to ensure continuous service availability and high response reliability.
